Help!! I have a Comcast truck here at my home right now...they are trying to initialize the 2 cablecards and are having a very tough time of it. I live in the Seattle, WA area and it seems they don't have much of an idea of what to do! Did Tivo not send out info??? What's going on???

There is a sheet included in the TiVo Series 3 box labels "Instructions for CABLECARD Installers".

Good luck. My Comcast installers have tried a few times, without success.
