It took me about five minutes to figure out that Alexis's last name ought to be some anagram of Luthor. :D Having Superman inadvertently cause her to lose her hair in the explosion was a nice tip-of-the-hat to the Silver Age Superboy canon.

I wonder how many people got the reference to "Wodehouse."

So... no Cosmic Boy? No Mon-El aka Valor aka M'Onel? No Chameleon Boy? No Ultra Lad? No Supergirl or Andromeda? Guess I'll have to keep the SP and keep watching.

This was the most disappointing of the 3 eps shown to date. Less "Superman" and more "Legion" please.

If you know Interlac (doesn't everyone?), you'd see the name "Luthor" written on her prison uniform at the end. You can't have a Superman without a Luthor...

Cosmic Boy doesn't show up until the last three episodes. There's an upcoming episode in next batch of new episodes (after 3 reruns) that talks about releasing someone from the Phantom Zone, so that could be Mon-el. We've seen Chameleon Boy's and Ultra Boy's symbols in the opening credits, so maybe they'll show up some time. Probably no Andromeda because we already have Superman, and certainly no Supergirl.

I've been pretty disappointed in what I've seen to date. I'm afraid this week was strike 3.

Bring back the old JL show!!!

Still no JLU. I also figured it was some kind of descendant of Luthor - her name is of course, Alexis.

The show did have one good point though - NO BOUNCING BOY!! (gosh, that's the dumbest power ever. If that were my power, I would never use it.)

I have enjoyed the unofficial cameos in the show, like Booster Gold in episode 1.

That was Lobo, and yeah, I noticed it. I didn't catch the first episode though, so didn't see booster gold.

I hope they keep up with the cameos.

Is it obvious to everyone else that this was supposed to be Superboy, but the name was changed, likely due to the lawsuit ovfer the character...

Yes, but Clark Kent as Superboy hasn't existed since 1986.
