Charter in Roswell GA

So I've been begging Charter for a DVR in Roswell for over a month. (Just moved). They don't have any and don't know when they get get any. So I bit the bullet and ordered an S3. So now I wonder what kind of hell I have signed up for with cablecards and Charter. Anyone in Charter/Roswell successfully gotten an S3 to work?

I've been reading the messages here for a week before deciding to do this. I see successes and disasters. Wonder which one I am in for?

I live in Roswell, GA.

I was able to get Charter to successfully get CableCards in my S3.

It took some convincing, but the installer came out. I forced him to follow the instructions and activate each card one at a time. Things have been fine with the exception of losing some HD channels after I turned my Charter Moxi (Piece of SH**) DVR into charter, but I got those channels back after a frustrating call to Charter.

You should have no problems. Just be patient when dealing with Charter's Customer No-Service.
