No logos with 6.3

I just got the 6.3 upgrade. Was hoping to get logos also. No such luck. I did not have logos before the update. How do I get logos?

The first phone call after the update to 6.3 should download a new set of logos.

I've had numerous successful phone calls since the 6.3 install, including one this morning. Still no logos. Any way to force them?

I got logos after the first successful call, but they didn't appear until a forced reboot. Try rebooting and see if this gives you logos.

Thanks DVDKingdom. Forced reboot got me my logos. Happiness is having logos again! Thanks for the help.
