I'm curious with all the post about updates if I have the latest software for my S3. If I'm currently running 8.0.1a-01-2-648. Am I current? If not, what version is the current one?

Just installed my S3 (no cablecards yet) and after few hours I got a msg that a new software will be downloaded at 2:00 am tomorrow. I already have the 8.0.1a-01-2-648. Is is standard operational procedure or indeed a new software?

i got the same message two weeks ago after i got it going and it came with the newest version and never updated
