Share Programs between HR10-250's ?

I just received a 2cd HR10-250 and was wondering if I can get the two TIVO's to share recorded programs between each other.

If I hack the two units and add USB networking, will I be able to see (HR10-250 #1) in the other's (HR10-250 #2) Now Playing List. I am not sure if Directv has removed this ability or if by hacking the units I can enable this functionality.

No. Not yet. Possibly never.

You can get the same result with mfs_ftp.tcl once you've done the basic hack. It is very different than the Now Playin list UI but many find the ftp approach just as useful. You do NOT want 6.x at this point if this functionality is a major priority. Faster menus and folders do not make up for the difficulties introduced.
