TiVo to iPod help [Text View]

I have upgraded to TiVo desktop plus and have my prefrences set to MPEG-4 format but after I transfer the show nothing happens and my TiVo to go for portables folder is empty.

I am using "AVC H.264" because it says (such as iPod) next to it. It then creates a sub folder under My TiVo Recordings for Portables with "\AVC H.264" - so the path is "My TiVo Recordings for Portables\AVC H.264"....the .mp4 files are in here. You can drag them into iTunes and they work fine. I have never tried the one that says MPEG-4 compatible devices.

You may not have room on that partition of your hard drive to hold that big of a file. That's what is happening to me. FYI- the file is approx 1GB for an hour of medium quality tivo recording. Clear out some space on that partition.

Let us know if that works.
