I currently have an HR10-250 unit with a 3-LNB dish. I was wondering if there is any advantage going to a 5LNB setup at this time.
Any Help Is Appreciated.
THANKS!!!

Nope.
The HR10-250 will never be able to receive/record anything from those 2 extra LNB's.
They are for the MPEG4 satellites.

Only if you consider it an advantage to make your house more ugly.
;)
I'm waiting for the slimline.

No advantage to your current setup, but you would be ready for mpeg4 receivers. I don't have any mpeg4 receivers, but my multiswitch went bad and I am replacing it with an mpeg4 compatible multiswitch (multiswitches, actually), just to prepare for the future. If your dish is not broken then I can't see any reason to replace it, especially with the "Slimline" 5-LNB dish supposedly coming out in the future.
