I think the concept was too similar to Vanished and many people tried that out and gave up after an episode or two. Once they'd already seen one kidnapping mystery show, they weren't up to trying out another.

Besides, The Biggest Loser lead-in has been pretty pathetic, coming in 4th in its timeslot both weeks so far.
