I've had a TiVo for nigh on 7 years now - and I've seen a new message being displayed today for the first time! I'm guessing it's a standard message for 2.5.5 but due to timing, I've just never had occasion to see it before. The message reads:
"The Recorder is currently unable to set up a Sewas Pass for this programme. Some information about this programme is still being organized.
Please try again in 1-3 hours."
This was about an hour after a daily load to FINALLY get the first episode of the new BBC Robin Hood series into the schedule - BBC1 for next Saturday finally appeared on last night's download which I forced earlier on.
I'll try again in 1-3 hours...
I find it very annoying when channels (especially BBC and ITV, but Sky have done this as well) advertise programmes many weeks before they appear in the schedules. I've often tried booking season passes only to find that they're not available to book - sometimes when there's less than a week to go (as is in this case). Sometimes I book wishlists but other times I don't and then forget about the programme until it's been.
