Sony SAT-T60 power supply replacement

Hello,

I am trying to replace the power supply in my Sony SAT-T60 with that from another SAT-T60, but there is a flat little white cable/ribbon that is causing me fits. How do I safely remove this thing, then reconnect it once I have swapped the power supplies?
