My Tivo is deleting about 1/2 of the HD shows after 1.5x the show length. This is not a Macrovision setting of which the most harsh type is copy never but the next is copy once. There should be no such thing as copy and keep for 1.5 hours. Timewarner has been busting their butts to figure it out and it doesn't happen on their own Tivo S3. The problem is that Tivo won't help me!! I've had 5 calls to support and each of the last 3 my support history just doesn't show up in the case notes. The last supervisor refused to give me anything but his first name but said he would be personally responsible. I've never heard back and no one knows anything about it when I call in. There is NO accountability at Tivo support. My experiences with them supporting my S3 have been HORRIBLE. Do I just need to write a blind letter or is there someone to which I can direct my issues with the lack of support? Anyone else have any experience with this?
