Guide Guru working!

Finally, my Guide Guru's are working. Anyone else now able to get this feature? Was there a system upgrade recently?

It seems like 24-48 hours ago, Tivo made some change at the back-end that allows more network-based features to work properly. Things like remembering Yahoo passwords and Yahoo TIVO scheduling started working yesterday without any sort of software patch on the host box.

Possibly the Guru guides were part of that fix. It seems like someone forgot to "switch on" certain online features for S3 boxes and they instead behaved erratically until recently.

I'm going to give the guru guides a try now!

I havent tried out the other features yet... Will do so today. But I was really wanting to try that Guide Guru.

It is a feature on Tivo's website that automatically schedules programs to record for you. For Example they have one that schedules all the fall series premieres for you. They add a new one to the list it automatically schedules your Tivo to record it. They have a number of different Guru's from Sports to Enterainment Weekly picks to What <insert celebrity name here> is watching.
