Help: Tivo Series 3 Guide issues with cablevision NJ

I bought tivo 3 series a week ago and just got this installed yesterday. Im haveing no issues right now except the tivo guide does not have any data from channels 50-70ish.
So im missing guide data for comedy central etc.. Anyone else having this problem in NJ?

On setup I did this

1.Zipcode I tried 07422 (pompton Lakes) and 07601 (hackensack) (because we have the same channel lineup)
2.Cablevision as cable provider
3. it asked me if I had channel 1 an I said no.
4. it asked if I had premium I said yes.
5. It asked which premiums I selected all channels I have.
6. Then I went to channels and added all the channels I had.

Not in the NJ area, but how about instead of saying you don't have Channel 1, you say "Try a different channel"? I had issues with setup as well in the beginning, but everything works now. Good luck! :)

Tried that too, it went to msnbc and it was correct. Still no guide information or channel names for 50-70ish. All other channel / guide information is right.

I had the exact same problem with Cablevision in Morris County, NJ.

I rebooted and kept repeating the guided setup. It took on the 3rd or 4th try.

Last night I tried the guided setup multiple times and nothing..

I did one thing different to make it work...
Instead of picking cablevision, I picked I dont know.

maybe its a fluke, or a bug, but everything works.
