will xray inspection damage a tivo?

Seems BB is out of the S3, so I have to mail order. But all packages sent to me undergo an xray inspection. anyone know if this has potential to damage a tivo? Thanks!

if this is an x-ray inspection more or less like at an airport security checkpoint, I wouldn't worry about it -- laptops go through those just fine every day and they have pretty much exactly the same sorts of components as a tivo: hard drives, circuit boards, integrated circuits..

Yea I can't imagine that standard xray machines would pose much of a threat to the tivo.

Can you ask for a polaroid of the X-Ray, and post it? I bet no one has done that before :D

I took a TiVo on an airplane once and it survived the X-ray machine just fine. So I wouldn't worry about it.
