About 2 weeks ago I lost all programing and after 2 hours with support and finally resetting the machine got programing back.
Since then my guide for over the air programing has been showing " regular Programing" I have rescaned a few times but still do not get programing on the guide for over the air stations which prevents me from recording on them.
After I spent 1 1/2 hours on the phone the other night with Direct I finally had someone tell me to reset again and and lost the call ( hang up?) as I was about to tell her it still did not help.
Does anyone have a suggestion as to what I might try? I sure don't feel like being on the phone for over an hour with someone who really doesn't know much more (or even less) than me.
