USB adapter - help me pick one?

First post, though I have been reading the site for a couple of weeks, since I signed up for Directv.

Can someone suggest USB adapters for me to buy?

It seems like some of the ones previously posted are creating extra difficulties with the 6.3 upgrade.

This is what I need:

1. WIRED usb adapter for HR10-250.
2. WIRELESS usb adapter for DIRECTV Plus DVR R10

I've used the Netgear FA120 with good results. I wouldn't bother with wireless... too slow, too buggy.
