Starz stuck at 9/29

Guide data for all the channels I use are up to and including 10/4. The exception is Starz. For the past three days it has not advanced past 7:05pm Friday 9/29. There isn't even "to be announced". There's just blank space.
Restarting the unit didn't help. If you subscribe to Starz do you have the same problem?

Wow, 95 views and no replies. Starz guide data still hasn't budged. Am I alone in this?

I'm not a subscriber, but I checked the guide data and it appears to end on 9/29 at 8pm Central Time for me.

I would guess the lack of responses is that is pretty far out. I think most of us just use the guide for the next 24 hours. I check my guide and it has the same issue as you noticed.

Hi,

My SAT T-60 Tivo/Direct TV box has not updated StarZ and StarZw guide entries for the last week and is "stuck" at Friday 9/29. The other StarZ group and pay channels are all "filled" in.

I called Direct TV last night and the following happened:

1st rep sounded sleepy and hung up on me.

2nd rep was really "spunky" and asked what I was running and said it would take about 3 minutes to check; when he came back on line he said that their boxes were only "filled" through 9 PM Friday. (He didn’t specify what boxes he looked at.)

(Next call was today (Tues) @ 2PM PST)

3rd rep had me reboot box, sent multiple signals to the box and card (her terminology). She said I should get rid of my Tivo and would offer to send me a DirectTV box. She insisted that all of the DirectTV boxes were getting a signal through October. When I mentioned the other rep. reporting that he was having a similar problem, she couldn't comment on that.

I've tried the following:

--3 Reboots.
-- Checking preferences on and off for StarZ and StarZW.
-- Forcing 6 phone calls.

I've had guide problems after "free" showings (last weekend?) from Starz.

If anyone has a suggestion, I'd sure appreciate it. I am going to call DirectTV back and let them know that other people with Tivo DVRs are also having the identical problem that I'm having.

IF YOU HAVE A TIVO, and are not getting Starz and StarZW updated past Friday evening, please report it to DirectTV -- they claim that they have no reports of this problem.

BTW, the guide shows all of the other STARZ channels: SEDG, ENC, etc, etc and the only two channels that are screwed-up are StarZ (east) and StarZ (west).

I don't get Starz, but I checked the guide for STRZ 520 and it only goes out to 9/29 4:05 PM (PDT). STZw only goes to 9/29 2:50 PM. Looks like something is broken with the guide data.

I just checked all of my units and they all have data for Starz and StarzW at least until 10/4. I didn't check past that.

If you subscribe to Starz do you have the same problem?

It looks like the data has been pushed. When I got home from work, I checked one my TiVo's and the starz info for the east and west was missing past 9/29. After dinner couple hours later, I went to check on my other one and the data was there. Went back and checked the orginal one and now the starz info is there also.
