Delete

On the S3's it look like we lost the one button delete function. Now we have to confirm agai on delets. Anyone know about this?

I think this feature was added on the S2's late in the S3 development cycle. Therefore, there probably hasn't been enough time to rewrite the S3 software to allow for this.

I'm pretty sure this will become available in a future software update. I've heard there is one coming out in November, but I can't confirm it (I only read it here).

As is covered in the FAQ, and my Review, this feature will be added in an update later this year.

And I don't know where that November date came from. TiVo has told me directly that there is NO commitment for 'November', just 'later this year' or 'late 2006'. So it could be November - could be December.
