Season Passes show no upcoming episodes in ToDo list

New Series 3, cable cards installed yesterday. Re-ran guided setup after cable card install to get new guide data. About four hours later, went thru TiVo via the guide to flag upcoming network shows for season passes (the shows were still not showing up in the search by title function).

Setup about 15 season passes that way (first run) and left the unit in standby last night. This morning, I look at the todo list and about 13 of those passes show up as no upcoming episodes. I couldn't search by title for them, but they did show up in the guide. I have rebooted the TiVo and nothing has changed.

Would the next step be deleting the guide data and todo list and letting the TiVo download and reindex everything? Any gotchas with doing that?

Has the TiVo actually loaded all the guide data?

Usually when you first set up the S3, it only loads a day or so of guide data and then after 24 hours, it loads the full 2 weeks. It takes a lot of time to load 2 weeks' worth of guide data for 200 channels.

I set up season passes and there was only one episode (that day's episode) that showed up. Some of the shows weren't even listed. Then after an overnight loading session, everything showed up.

I noticed that only about a weeks worth showed up in the season pass list, even though the guide shows about 2 weeks. I'm attributing that to a bug and will watch to see if the further out episodes happen to change to record as they get closer.

Well, I got it fixed. The TiVo did need a reboot, then about 3.5 - 4.0 hours. After that, things started plotting in the ToDo list properly.

I know I left it alone last night for 8+ hours. But I only gave it an hour or two after the reboot. Looks like it needed a little more time.

Rebooting while it is still indexing can make it take *longer*.

And it is no bug, the guide populates first. If you can't 'Search by title' then it isn't fully indexed and you won't see it in SPs, etc. You need to give the box a day or so to get the data fully indexed out for two weeks. TiVo used to do it all upfront and tie the box up, now they do about one day fast, and then process the rest slowly in the background.
