I just moved across the country from Chicago to CA. Got a new disk installed, etc. Old DirectTV Tivo doesn't work quite right even after they activated it.
It appears to be getting satellite signal, seems like it tunes all of the transponders, etc.
Had them activate the card and it didn't work still.
What are the chances the unit is broken vs. they just didn't configure the card right and/or something else is messed up?
Any ideas how to diagnose?
Oh, and they gave me an R15, but I hate it compared to my Tivo.
