Do I need LBA48 from PTVupgrd if have 6.2 Icake?

I have purchased the 6.2 InstantCake. I also purchased the LBA48 4.04 with enhancements.

I purchased a DSR704 and a 300GB hard drive. I read somewhere that 6.2 has support for drives bigger than 137GB. Do I really need the LBA48 software or is it built in?

If I do use the LBA48 software which do I do first? InstantCake or the LBA48 stuff?
