$150 Rebate on new subscription from Walmart?

The tivo rebates state that the purchase must be from an authorized retailer. Is walmart an authorized retailer? and will a rebate with a walmart receipt be honored?

Any place that sells TiVos via retail or a real online store is "authorized". The only ones that don't qualify those purchases from other people, ala eBay.

The only ones that don't qualify those purchases from other people, ala eBay.An eBay seller worth his salt will include the original receipt. The guy I bought mine from had bought a pallet or so of S2s at Sam's Club and was thoughtful enough to get a separate receipt for each one.
