Two new Tivo FCC filings ...
Background: Charter (and, in effect, the entire cable industry) is petitioning the FCC for a waiver from the integrated security ban for certain "low-cost, limited capability boxes". Verizon is also applying for a waiver for all their boxes (as a "new entrant").
Tivo is opposing both these petitions.
