Where can I legally download amilie and Hotel Rwanda

I've been trying to download Hotel Rwanda legally for a year now. Movielink doesn't have it and when I further do a google search these other "Perfectly legal" sites which I'm tempted to join, but when a site has those words I get the feeling that they are not legal....
So, does anyone know of legal sites where I can get these movies?
