Series 2 DT, MSD, and Rebate

i want to be rid of season pass conflicts so i want to buy a tivo dual tuner this weekend at circuit city or best buy, to add to the lifetime subscribed series 2 i currently use, can i get the MSD @ $6.95, and still be able to get the $150 fall rebate? anyone know?
