Mine says that the WB and UPN channels have merged to form CW.
Don't worry--I haven't been living under a rock--I knew it was happening.
My question is whether it will turn into the CW channel by Wednesday or they aren't offering anything to replace it???
I live near Wilmington, NC and we were getting the WB channel in Baltimore for some reason.
I just want it fixed before Thursday when Supernatural comes on!!!

most, maybe all, of the CW stations were formerly WB stations. Many of the UPN stations are changing over to the MyNetworkTV format which will show American telenovelas 5 nights a week.
So you should get the CW where you had WB before.

Maybe not in those markets who did not have a WB before that Directv was providing a WB out of Baltimore for the Eastern and Central time zones. I called and they said there is nothing really they can do unless they sign a similar agreement with CW.

I have both UPN (MyNetwork) and WB (CW) channels on right now. I'm just outside of Portland, ME. It's possible your area doesn't have a CW affiliate. If that's the case, I don't know what Directv would do.

My cable only WB is becoming our cable only CW. Doesn't do me much good as I don't have cable. So, I guess I'll continue to use Dish Superstation WPIX for a while. Oh yeah, no locals from DirecTV here either.

My UPN and WB channels are messed up.... my guide is showing that my UPN is officially now CW and is showing all WB programing and it shows my WB channel to be no longer a part of the service, but when I turn on WB its showing completely different programing but has the CW symbol. Who knows. I just hope it straightens itself out by next tuesday for gilmore girls :)

You could always set a manual timer.

Same thing here. I live in the Monterey/Salinas area and got what everyone is describing.

Not all, in the Detroit market the former UPN is now CW and the former WB is MyNetwork.

I think all of my season passes for shows that are moving (and not moving since they are still on wgn) made the transition just fine, however when I tried to add "The Game" which doesn't show until oct 1 to my season pass, it said channel no longer in my list or something like that.
I'm not too worried, I'm sure this will fix itself when the date get closer
