Order Conf: addresses reversed

I just got an email confirmation that had my billing and shipping addresses reversed. A big problem as mine are different.

I called cust support and they tell me the addresses are right on the order. The email was just created with them swapped.

Thought I'd save you a phone call!

I had the same problem. This S3 is a gift for my wife so I will be very disappointed if UPS takes the box to my home. Then again if the CC company refuses the charge and . . . ok I'll stop dreaming. :)

In some of the threads here this has been discussed a bit. It happened to several people, and some folks have reported that their package was delivered to the flipped (WRONG) ship to address.

I called twice today. At 9am I was told it was cosmetic and everything would ship properly. At 3pm I was told that the item is definitely shipping to the new (formerly bill to) address.

That's 866-FOR-TIVO. Of course, the Tivo CS# is *877*-FOR-TIVO.

The phone number on their broken emails is broken itself. :) Call it - you get some guy's answering machine, basically saying "I'm not Tivo".

I just got the traditional second confirmation (not tracking) dated the 14 (I ordered the 12th). I take it that this means it has now been put back into the system, and will ship in a couple of days. Confirmation also shows that they are still charging me for 2 day shipping. I also just got the confirmation from Circuit City - I should have the S3 I ordered a few hours ago delivered tomorrow - at a lower net cost due to the 10% coupon.
