S3 work with a Slingbox?

I don't see it listed as an option in Slingbox setup and since there is no IR port will it ever work with a slingbox?

There is an IR window on the front of the S3 that allows the remote control to work.

hmm, I'll have to check that out, i feel dumb. So I should just use the S2 choice in sling setup since S3 is not an option?

It should work. The only thing you won't be able to do is record high def.

I set on up for a friend (not a series 3) and all you would need to do is use the SVHS video out for the Sling and you can watch any recording HD or not. The only problems would be if the S3 remote codes are different than the Series 2 (You can't watch HD in HD using the Sling Box)
