Hey all-

Finally got around to permanently installing my 2nd HR10-250 this weekend, and I've got a little problem.

I've been using it on and off over the past few months, but not very often. Everything worked fine on it. It's actually been disconnected for the last couple of weeks. When I re-installed it, (using the same cables etc as before), I re-ran the guided setup since I hooked up a 2nd line in from the satellite switch. (I only had one hooked up before). When the system detects the switch, it detects it as a 4x4 switch, instead of the 6x8 for the HD_DirecTivos.

Keep in mind, the setup worked before I re-ran setup. Also, my other HR10-250 is connected to the same switch and works fine. I can't find a way to make it realize that it actually has a 6x8 switch, so don't get my 72.5 locals. When I go into signal level, it shows signals for the other 3 sats, but never scrolls to 72.5 like my upstairs unit does, and this one used to.

When I go through guided setup, it only gives me the options of a single dish, dual, or triple. There is no selection for a 2 dish setup.

Am I missing something obvious? Any help is appreciated, I really dread calling DTV and sitting on the phone for an hour or more....

Thanks
Robb
