Where can I get a tivo image?

I have a PTV312 TiVo. It came with no hard drive. I just bought one today. So I'll need a TiVo image for it. Where can i get that?

LOL! Another thread, thats a good one! I have three already on this. Well I did find out that the utilities disk that came with my tivo had an image on it. (image.bak) It was a 268mb file or something like that. I used mfstools-2.0 to install it. I couldn't do this before because the I couldn't make the floppy boot disk out of the software that came on the utilites disk. It took be awhile to figure out what I actually had. Stupid me...

Too bad my TiVo won't power up. Even with the harddrive installed I can't get anything to turn on. No power to hard drive or to the fan on the TiVo, no power to anything. So I got an RMA and returned it today.
