Any suggestion how to use basic manual DVR function of a TCD540080 (80G) without subscription (services) ? Can I upload some kind of program guide file using hyper terminal? Where can I find such a file? How can I change syatem date? Is the change in the system date back to initial trial period going to give me basic DVR function back? Is reset in TIVO menu going to help? Is going through guided setup again is an option to get DVR function for a week or so? thanks
