I got a video mail on my Tivo that said if i upgrade to the series 3 I could get it and transfer my Lifetime to it for a 150 bucks. what is the catch? :confused:

Well, the VIP deal from TiVo has to have the DVR purchased from them.

Thats not true although that is what the website says. It seems no one is having much difficulty transfering lifetime once they get the box no matter where they got it from.

Well thats not good. I thought they were supplying the TIVO too for the 150.
