S3 Tivo ToGo and Multi room

So Tivo Togo and Multiroom isnt in the S3? When will it be available? I use it all the time! If I relingquish my S2 to my family in place of the S3 what will I watch on airplanes? Is there a work around? The multiroom feature is as important - is there a schedule?
