Series3 Fulfillment houses?

Just thinking out loud with the difficulties in getting the Series3 orders filled and shipped.

I know Tivo was a heavy user of Metron before they went belly up, and the shipping of orders used to be fantastic.

Anyone know the background history after Metron? Did the DT's go out without issues? or have they had issues since Metron went under?

According to another post I can't find at the moment, they're using a company in Texas.

Who is doing a very poor job for them, and disappointing a lot of customers.

Including me :(

As a former Metron employee, I hear things everyonce in a while. I know the call center business went to ClientLogic after Metron closed. As far as the fulfillment, there for a while, it was being done through Best Buy, but thats been a while and it might have changed since then. I would be curious to know this too.
