Yesterday my SD-H400 started showing signs of what I think is the classic "kazoo" audio problem that affects the regular TiVo units. Has anyone else seen audio problems like this? The problem (a tinny screatchy whine to the audio) happens on recordings and live TV but seems to be worse on the cable channels vs the main broadcast channels, why I am not sure since even cable channels on the 2-13 band show the problem. Comedy Central (ch 60) and Discovery (ch 8) are particularly bad but most every channel is affected to varying degrees. Programs recorded before yesterday are fine, it's just new programming.
I have not yet tried the "reset" fix which hopefully will solve the problem but before I did that I figured I'd ask here first and see if anyone else has already dealt with this issue.
