Has anyone confirmed the TiVo return policy?

Screw it, I might go to pick up a backup unit for my Saturday install.

I have a grandfathered unit I'll use rather than paying the $199 upgrade.

I'll just return my TiVo.com/vip unit.

Anyone confirm the Ts&Cs of returns? I assume I'll lose my shipping fee and perhaps have to pay additional to ship it back?

Yes, you pay shipping to return the box. No other charges if returned within 30 days.

Refuse the shipment if it has not yet come. That will save you the return charges.
