I have and HR10-250 & HDVR2 running TWP. I can always connect to the HDVR2 remotely (from work), but the HR10-250 seems to have to be rebooted like every 3 days. I will not be able to connect to TWP from work but when I go home I can login just fine. once I reboot the unit I can connect remotely for like another 3 days.
Any ideas? The HDVR2 never has this problem.
