RS-TX60 Audio static

I have a rs-tx60 box. When watching live tv or recorded tv programs i get a constant annoying static sound from the speakers. If i go to cable directly without the tivo inline the static goes away. I did notice during the boot up tivo music that plays the sound is fine there. I do have a satelitte box going into s-video input and right and left for audio. There is staic in either tivo cable channels or sat channels. Any ideas?
