The latest Best Buy coupons don't exclude Tivo products.

That last widely available BB coupon expired about a week ago. All that is left are coupons sent through the mail.

You can get a 10% off Circuit City coupon here:

I notice it says you have to link to CC through one of their "affiliates" to use the 10% off coupon. Do you have any idea who of their "affiliates" may be?

What do these Best Buy coupons look like? Are they contained inside a circular that you need to cut out, or are they the mailing itself?

At least for me, I get mailed coupons from being in the Best Buy Rewards program. It's a separate envelope with coupons in it. They come a few times a year.

I got a Best Buy Coupon last month for my birthday. 10% off or 12% using Rewards/Best Buy Credit. It specifically states Tivo products are included in the TV Accessories section. So... yay!

;)

Makes the S3 tempting...

Sorry, but TiVo products have NEVER been excluded in Best Buy coupons. In fact, the way I bought my TiVo over a year ago was with a TiVo 50% off coupon (on a $600 TiVo w/ $200 MIR, amazing deal!). The regular 10%/12% coupons always specially include TiVo.

So what would be the quickest way to get a BB coupon at this point, if I'm not a member of the Rewards Zone? Join and hope that the coupon comes within the next few weeks? I called my store and it appears that they don't handle any of the coupon distribution -- supposedly, it's the corporate offices who do.

Just go through that CC link on that page. The discount won't show up UNTIL the page where you enter your credit card info.

When they do come out, you can usually get them on eBay real cheap. I doubt the prices will go up because of the S3, so you'll be able to catch one for probably a couple dollars.

I noticed that there are "12% Best Buy Reward Zone" coupons. This may be a dumb question, but are they actually transferrable to me if I'm not a member of the Reward Zone program, or would I need to join in order to use the coupon?

Yes, but it only costs $10 to join for a year - the additional 2% will pay for that and you will get about $24 in BB rewards for the S3.

They are no longer goign to be charging for rewardzone, it will be a free program, but you will have to spend 250 to get a 5 dollar certificate instead of the current 150.

All paid accounts will be converted over to the new format as of September 18th I believe....

Sounds good. Is it fair to assume that these coupons are not tied to the particular Rewards Zone member who initially received it?

Yes, the RewardZone coupons (or certificates for that matter) can be used by anyone, not just the person who received them.

I plan on using the 12% BB coupon they sent me because it's my birthday (I'd never seen this before, but this is my first birthday when I'm not employed there). It has TiVo Hardware specifically listed in the categories that you can use it on.

Bummer.

Hardly worth it any more then.
