Somehow, my TivoWebPlus got hosed. I have a couple DirecTivos and they have pretty much the same directory structure - except for this one. It looks like there should be a "/tivowebplus" directory in this tivo (it's in the other units), but there isn't. Everything I've seen talks about installing to "/var/hack" - so I'm kinda conflicted.

I'm hoping to just FTP the program over to the unit rather than pull the drive and rerunning the Zipper (BTW - all my DirecTivos were "Zippered") Since I'm way better at DOS & Windows than I am with Unix, I was hesitant to FTP it over. I'm afraid that I'll need some help getting the command line arguments correct when dealing with tarballs, etc. Any help would be appreciated.

Older Zipper (Enhancement) installs put things in /var/hack, like TWP. Unfortunately, that dir gets wiped occasionally. What you're reporting looks exactly like what happened to me. What I did was uninstall and reinstall tweak. There is no need to pull the drive or completely re-Zipper. If your unit can get to the internet it will automatically download the latest file and install it. If it can't just download the latest rbautch_file.tgz file and ftp it to the dir where tweak is kept. The newest Enhancement script installs TWP in /tivowebplus instead of /var/hacks.

Easy fix. No need to FTP anything or pull your drive. In the /hacks directory, run the tweak_uninstall.sh script, and then run tweak.sh.

Thanks - I'll give it a whirl when I get home from work this afternoon.
