I called tivo to purchase the S3 and

the salesman told me to check my email on my tivo and it would allow me to purchase the S3 through my Tivo 2 and then allow for the transfer of my lifetime account for the $199. I checked my tivo messages and there is nothing there. I know the tivo connected today. Anyone else get a message?
