Just curious, what cables does TiVo provide in the box? Do they include an HDMI cable? What other cables do they provide?

Doubtful. That's not the sort of thing everybody needs. By having both a 10/100 jack and USB on the back of the unit they're letting you use whatever networking you desire. I've got a wired network close enough to my TV to use. Other people use the old fashioned phone connection. Why would TiVo provide a relatively expensive adapter in every box if it wasn't necessary for use?
