please clarify the model number?

There is a question to whether the model number in the FAQ is accurate. Can someone please doublecheck the model number and post it here?

Since I took it right off the back of my unit, it should damn well be accurate. ;-)

I've also posted photos of said back of unit where you can see it.

Just clarifying for my cable rep. They couldn't find the model number. I couldn't see the numbers clearly on the pics and wanted confirmation from someone else.

i checked the box pic and found it now. Thanks.
