Woke up this morning and saw a reminder/warning message about the UPN+WB = CW situation. Now granted, I already knew to watch my SPs accordingly, but this was a great little customer service item.

I saw that last night and was impressed too. (They also warned about the CBS nightly news changing names.) I've always said they need to utilize that messaging feature more/better and this was a great example.
