Tivo Locking up

Hello, not sure if this is the correct area to post this or not, but here goes.

My hacked tivo (see sig) has been locking up a lot lately. I have not made any changes to it before it started. I thought it might be a HD going bad so I upgraded it from the 80Gb I had to a 160Gb (using 137) and the same problem occurs.

It always seems to happen when watching a show from what I recall (recorded show that is). After it locks I have no control over the unit at all.

Any suggestions, anything to look for?

When you swapped out hard drives, where did you get the image? Did you use the old drive for the image? If so, the image was probably corrupted. Try a fresh drive image from one of the site vendors. I bought one for my RCA DVR40 from ptvupgrade (instant cake).
