When I set up a season pass on my HR10-250 for CSI:Miami just now the only channel that showed up for the pass was channel 2, not 2-1 which is the HD channel. I even went through the guide to look for it on that channel but when I set up the pass it just did the shows on channel 2. Will those be in HD? Somehow I doubt it as I am getting my locals with an antenna. As a matter of fact, it appears that none of the CBS shows show up on 2-1. Ideas?

How long have you had your unit? It takes 24-48 hours to download and index the data. Is 2-1 listed in the channels you receive list? Is the CSI:Miami a few weeks in the future?

Can you currently watch/record 2-1 with the HR10-250?
Do you have 2-1 selected in "Channels I Receive"?
Are you setting up the season pass with "All Episodes", "First Run with Repeats", or "First Run Only"?

First off, I have had the unit for several months so guide data isn't a problem. Secondly, yes I have 2-1 in channels I receive and favorite channels. I haven't actually tried to record from 2-1 but I can certainly watch it. I will try to catch a program that is in HD and actually try to record it. Thanks for the replies. :)

Oh, I forgot, I have it set up as First Run Only.

Just because you can watch it does not mean it is in the channels you receive. The channels you receive list only controls what channels the DirecTiVo will automatically record from and use in the season pass and wishlists.
It could also be that the episodes have not been index as of yet. The DirecTiVo indexes the guide data about every 24 hours. Data that has not been index does not show up in the season passes.

Oh, I forgot, I have it set up as First Run Only.
That could very well be it.
New season doesn't start till week after next, so they might not be in the guide yet, or if they are showing in the guide, the info hasn't been indexed yet, so it's not showing up in the to do list.
Also, folks have been noticing guide errors for other season premieres, something about them not being a "series", therefore can't do a season pass on them.
Gray's Anatomy is one of them if I remember correctly.
Might have to set up Wishlists until they get the guide problem fixed.

I will wait and see what happens with the indexing but I just now tried to set up a recording of CSI from the guide for tomorrow on 2-1 and in the info for the show said it was Channel 2. I guess I will go ahead and record it and see what happens. And yes, indeed, the channel shows up in both channels I receive and favorites.
