Ok, this is my first year with Super Fan (and HD Tivos and TVs). I went to check to see if the Broncos were going to be in HD this weekend and found that the NFL Sunday Ticket schedule on Directv.com lists no games in the HD column of the schedule.
Anyone know what gives. Are they just slow to update this info? I am going to possibly be away this weekend on business, and wanted to schedule the game in HD if it was going to available.

Last year, all of the HD games were in the 720+ range of channels. Looks the same this year, but the guide descriptions are off a bit. No HD listed, but each of the games that are most likely HD all have "NFL SUNDAY TICKET SuperFan: TeamA at TeamB" in the description. All games channel 700-718 don't have the SuperFan in the description.

The schedule on their website has not been updated yet, but you can go to HDSPORTSGUIDE.com and see what games will be in HD.

The Tivo guide is now showing HD games on Sunday, but the Denver/Rams game isn't listed, but is listed on HDSportsguide.com. does DirecTV generally show all games broadcase in HD on Sunday ticket, or do they pick and choose?

In the last 3 years with HD and Sunday ticket I do not of a time a game was available in HD and not shown on Sunday Ticket

There is a clash of information out there. Most websites are reporting that the Denver game is in HD but the guides on the HR10 are saying that the Ravens game is in HD instead.
We will have to see.
BTW, all Fox games are in HD but only 3 CBS games are. DTV puts them all up (blackouts apply).

I would go with the Sked. I posted as provided by D* as "written in stone"
By the way they do not "put them all up"...up to 9 games each week on Superfan
as noted on D*'s website.(probably due to bandwidth limitations)

The DO put them all up. There are up to 9 games becasue that is all the games the networks broadcast in HD.

Not true, Fox only does 6 a week. Most weeks that is all the Fox games, but in some non-bye weeks, one will be left out.
For instance, this week The Cardinals-49ers game is not in HD. It has nothing to do with DirecTV, Fox is not broadcasting it in HD.

If I don't have Superfan I can still watch my local networks game on HD without a OTA?

I guess my confusion on that is that there aren't often 7 games on any given week on Fox.

The ONLY way you get the local networks game is from your local station. If you have sat locals, then you get what you get with them (SD unless you have MPEG4 HD with the 5 LNB dish). Or OTA. Even then, the game has to be in HD from CBS or Fox.
If a game is on local TV, then it is blacked out of Sunday Ticket.

I hope this means CBS is bumping up their commitment and getting closer to showing all games in HD!

Because I live in Los Angeles, I have CBS and Fox HD in MPG2 format with my HR10-250. I'll be able to watch the games carry by this 2 stations in HD without a OTA right? The reception of CBS is pretty bad using a OTA.
Thanks again!
