HR10-250 doesn't have folders or sort ability

Just leased a HR10-250 (DirecTV HD DVR with Tivo). The Software Version with it is 3.1.05f. My Series 2 DirecTV DVR has an upgraded 6.2. Software Version where you can sort and put into folders recordings in What's Playing Now. The HR10-250 doesn't have the capability (software) to do it, I guess.

Has anybody had this problem and if so, what can I do to get the folders and sort options on my new HR10-250?

Appreciate any help ou can give me since DirecTV is not helpful at all on this subject.

Everyone has this problem. There is no solution until D* upgrades the software on the HR10-250.

You CAN get sort -- just no folders. From Now Playing, hit the following on your remote:

Slow

Record
Thumbs-Up
Enter
