Not showing up in my HR10-250 guide yet (or at least I'm not finding it by looking for Survivor).

I'm not sure I'll actually even watch this season, but did want to look to set up a recording of the pilot episode for the season.

Thanks for the reminder. Just set it . . .

I was planning on skipping Survivor this season until they came up with the premise of separating the tribes out.

Yeah I head what they are going to do also about separating the tribes by race. But just like how they did it last season with the older men, younger men, older women and younger women. Aren't they simply going to do the same and have everyone merge together in about 3-4 shows into two tribes? Then everything will be the same as it's always been. So what's really the point?

Well we saw certain alliances form based on the original tribe groupings by age/sex, so I think that even if they're only "official" for a few episodes, the effects will linger. Given that the people in those alliances felt even more of a bond because of their common age and sex, as opposed to having been grouped randomly (well, I'm sure the groupings have never actually been random as in names pulled out of a hat, but as opposed to something visibly identifiable), it will be interesting to see if the race/ethnicity factor plays a similar role in the post-merge alliances.
